Connie Kapak is a contender to be reckoned with. Connie skated with the Vortex Team prior to moving to Calgary to be a part of something bigger. She now trains Long Track at the Calgary Olympic Oval and competes at a National level.

• Canada Winter Games, 2015 – Bronze Medal (Relay)
• Canada West ST, 2012, 2013, 2014 – Gold Medal, 1st Place overall
• Canadian Age Class Long Track, 2012, 2013, 2014 – Silver Medal
• BC Provincial ST, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 – Gold Medal, 1st Place overall
• BCLT, 2007, 2008, 2013, 2014 – Gold Medal, 1st Place overall
• North Okanagan 2012 Athlete of the Year
