Registration
Registration is always open!!!! The Registration Package is available on the website for download. Please bring your completed forms with you to the Kal Tire North Rink before you step on the Ice. Skate fitting will also occur so if you have skates from last season please bring them. New club members will be assisted with finding appropriate skates for your athlete as well as reviewing other equipment that is needed.

- Print and fill in the Medical Waiver.
- Print and fill in the Associate Membership Form (parent member).
- Print, read, and sign the Parent Information And Volunteer Policy
- Print, read, and sign the Vortex Code of Conduct Form.
